THANK YOU to everyone who supported our Telluride for Trails campaign! With the help of over 100 generous donors, we exceeded our $15,000 goal and raised an incredible $27,000 to fund trail maintenance across the Telluride region this summer.
CAMPAIGN INFORMATION
Telluride’s trails don’t maintain themselves—but your support can help get the job done. This summer, TMtC is stepping up in a big way. We’ve added trail crew staff to keep your favorite trail maintained and easily accessible, but we need your help to fully equip them for the season ahead. From May 30 to June 13, we’re raising $15,000 to cover essential gear and training to kick off trail season in Telluride.
This $15,000 investment will go directly toward:
- New chainsaws and hand tools to remove downed trees
- An e-bike to help our team cover more ground
- Safety equipment and certifications to protect our crew
We’re filling critical maintenance gaps on our public lands and every dollar helps. Your support powers the trail work you count on and we hope you’ll consider supporting us this spring!

Join one of our top Opt in for Trails partners, Telluride Brewing Company, for an evening of great food, beer, and live music. The Telluride Mountain Club will be on-site to share details about upcoming projects, sell swag, and raise funds to support increased trail work.

Volunteer Trail Work
June 10th, 2025 | 5:15pm to dark @ Base of Mill Creek Road
Kick off summer and celebrate TMtC’s upcoming projects at our first volunteer trail work event of the season! Join us for an evening of trail work, food, cold beverages, a raffle, and good vibes. We’ll meet at 5:15pm at the bottom of Mill Creek Road. From there, we’ll carpool up to the trailhead for some volunteer work before finishing the evening with pizza and beer.
