Yes, the Telluride Mountain Club will be submitting comments, but the USFS likes hearing from individuals as well. Plus, they value local input. Interactive Recreation Resource Map
Key parts of the Outdoor Alliance (OA) submission included the geospatial data, suggesting a recreation roundtable, and flagging the idea of “special management areas” to be pursued in the plan in addition to Wilderness and Wild and Scenic River recommendations. Here is OA’s GMUG interactive recreation resource map. Its pretty cool.
